Returns & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving your order, we will gladly offer you refund in credit.

1. Return jewelry: If you want to return your jewelry for reasons other than defective or not correct merchandise will be for credit only. You have to return the jewelry maximum 14 days from the purchase.

    • Merchandise received after 14 days will have a 20% restocking charge
    • Shipping cost – we will only refund shipping charges if sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.

2. Returns for customized items will not be accepted (Repair / changing of jewelries are possible)

3. Exchange – If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color of stone, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The exchange has to be maximum 14 days after purchase.

4. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

5. The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging

6. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Returns on products that were not purchased via this website will not be accepted.

We can reimburse maximum for an amount of your purchase amount.

7. Defective Jewelry – We will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged only within 10 days after purchase for a refund or exchange. The defective item will be determined upon her receipt.

ROZALIYA JEWELRY guarantees her merchandise free of manufacturing defects.

REPAIRS

Our Jewelry have guaranty for 1 year for any defective or damage because of our production. In case the jewelry need repair, you just need to send the item to one of our office in USA or Bali. Please connect to this email usa@rozaliyajewelry.com or sells@rozaliyajewelry.com.

In Case you cause the damage of the jewelry, we will repair for free.  The customer just need to pay the shipment cost .

For loses or damages stone by fault of the owner of the jewelry, customer will pay just for the shipping cost, replacing and purchasing the stone.
